Spelling Homework

Spellings will be sent out every Friday and the children will be tested the following Friday. These spelling sheets do not need to be retuned and should be practised regularly with your child at home.

Below are the first 100 words that children should know most of by the end of Year 1. There is also the next set of high frequency words if you wish for your child to learn those ready for Year 2.

Maths Homework

Your child will have their login details stuck in their home reading record for them  to access the online websites, TTRS (Timestable Rockstars) and Numbots. Please access these regularly to help boost your child's mathematical skills. By the end of year 2, all children are expected to recall and use multiplication and division facts for the 2, 5 and 10 multiplication tables.
